Six Things that can Guarantee you Jannah
Ebaddah ibn Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated Allah’s Messenger (sallahu alayhi wa salim) said:
Guarantee me you’ll do six things and I guarantee you Jannah. Whenever you speak say the truth. Fulfill your promises when you make them. When you’re entrusted with something, carry out that trust. Safeguard your private parts, lower your gaze and prevent your hands from harming others.

Beneficial Ways To Happy Life is a book about means and reasons which cast on the person achieving them happiness and tranquility and remove anxiety and worry.
The Book in Arabic can be read Here
Some Excerpts from the book:
Shaykh ‘Abdur Rahman as-Sa’dee (rahimahullaah) says in his book:
From the causes that removes anxiety, sadness and restlessness is Ihsaan [i.e. performance of good deeds] towards the creation by way of speech, action, and various forms of Ma’roof [i.e. what Allah and His messenger (peace be upon him) have deemed to be good]. All of these are good and beneficence.
So with these things Allah drives away from the righteous as well as the insolent grief and sadness depending on the level of performing of good deeds; yet however for the believer [i.e. Muslim] from these things comes a more complete share and allotment [for him].
This reward is notable because of his Ihsaan emanates from his Ikhlaas [i.e. sincerity to Allah] and anticipation of his reward with Allah. Consequently Allah makes easy for the believer to offer Ma’roof when he hopes for good. Allah repels calamities due to the believer’s level of Ikhlaas and hoping for Allah’s reward.
Allah (Subhaanahu wa’taala) says:
“There is no good in most of their secret talks save (in) him who orders Sadaqah (charity in Allâh’s Cause), or Ma’roof (Islâmic Monotheism and all the good and righteous deeds which Allâh has ordained), or conciliation between mankind, and he who does this, seeking the good Pleasure of Allâh, We shall give him a great reward.” {An-Nisaa’ verse 114}
Therefore Allah has informed that these affairs in totality are better from the one who these matters emanate from him—good brings about good, it repels evil and that the believer who anticipates [a reward] Allah will grant him a tremendous compensation. In summary, this tremendous compensation is the removal of sadness, anxiety, worries and similar to that.
